The WINSA’s Board of Honor recognizes past financial generosity and/or outstanding performance in support of WINSA’s mission to bring a retired Navy ship to Southeastern Wisconsin to serve as a historic naval warship. The following United States Navy Reserve individuals have been elected posthumously to the WINSA’s Board of Honor.
